The Manure Applicator 101 Training program is to be held on:

Date:  Wednesday, March 22

Time:  9:00 am to Noon

Place:  Barron County Government Center, 335 E. Monroe Avenue, Barron, WI 54812.

While designed for custom manure haulers and their employees, this program is a great training opportunity for any dairy or livestock farmer and your key employees.

Topics include:

• Basics of understanding setbacks and regulations that impact manure application.
• Manure spill prevention/now to respond to an accidental spill or runoff.
• Application and equipment safety – draglines and images of manure application.

The fee for this program is:  $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door.
