4-H clubs can win prizes this summer by promoting beef at the fair or in our communities. The Wisconsin Beef Council and Wisconsin 4-H Foundation is kicking off a beef promotion contest.  From now through September 4-H clubs that plan and launch a beef promotion can enter contest to win a great prize package.  Get creative and show off your display at your county fairs or other community events!  Promotional displays can promote any aspect of the beef industry, but must fit into one of three contest categories: beef production, beef for consumers and benefits of beef.
One winner from each category will be chosen and each contributing member of the winning clubs will receive a prize. Only one entry per club is allowed and all content for the promotion must be from the Wisconsin Beef Council; 4-H curriculum or materials, or from personal photos and experience.
