  • Financial Report (pages 5 & 6) Due September 1
  • Completed Audit Checklist Due September 1
  • Copy of the checkbook/savings account(s) registry for July 1-June 30 (can be printed from online) Due September 1
  • June or July ending bank statement Due September 1
  • Complete Wisconsin 4-H Charter Renewal Document (all pages) Due October 15
  • Current 4-H Club or 4-H Group Bylaws Due October 15
