2026 Fair (Clover Cafe and Shake stand sign-up)

Adult Leaders Food Stand(you received your club numbers in your folder at the meeting-essentially it is one volunteer per family–if you tell people that you usually get enough): https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4DACA92CA6FAC43-63847616-2026

Money raised at the Clover Cafe is given back to the Barron County 4-H program. It pays for educational experiences, camp, programming, scholarships and more.

Shake Stand -older youth (7th grade and up-will take 6th if you think they are responsible or if doing it as a club. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4DACA92CA6FAC43-63881782-2026

All Youth Workers

A portion of the funds are divided amongst ALL youth working (48% of proceeds) with the option to

  • Bank it for a future trip–planning to go on a state/national 4-H trip?  Save your money from working in the stand for that trip!  The number of shifts worked will be multiplied by the % of funds (calculated after the fair) and saved for your trip.
  • Give it to your club! Does your club do something special?  Designate your portion of the profits to go to your club!  The number of shifts worked will be multiplied by the % of funds (calculated after the fair) and sent to your club.
  • Give it towards a specific project or program or group.

**The only stipulation is that it has to benefit a specific 4-H project, group, club, or activity (i.e. no one can profit off it and it can’t be donated to a group outside of 4-H).

Additional proceeds are used by the Junior Leaders to host a variety of experiences for 4-H youth in Barron County.
