The Barron County 4-H Leaders Association is launching something new this year—a sticker campaign! We invite you to show your support for a great organization by making a donation, we will then send you a window cling for you to hang to show that you are a supporter of Barron County 4-H. It’s a simple way to demonstrate your commitment to youth development in our community and any donations made are tax deductible.
The Barron County 4-H Leaders Association exists to support and strengthen 4-H across the county. We do this by:
___ Platinum Clover $500 and up
___ Gold Clover $250 and up
___ Silver Clover $150 and up
___ Bronze Clover $100 and up
___ Green Clover $50 and up
___ Clover $25 and up
___ I have already supported Barron County 4-H this year–or plan to support Barron County 4-H in another way–i.e. fair time, materials donations, etc (please hang the sticker and know that we appreciate your support–we know that many businesses and individuals already support our various 4-H groups and we want to recognize you!)
- Organizing and funding educational programs and activities,
- Providing leadership and support to youth and volunteers,
- Encouraging youth to find and explore their sparks,
- Ensuring high standards of excellence in all 4-H events and experiences.
Each year, the Leaders Association raises funds through our annual 4-H raffle, the 4-H food stand at the Barron County Fair, donations, and grants. These funds help:
- Cover 50% of costs for summer camp and state educational experiences (American Spirit, Space Camp, National 4-H Congress, State Arts Camp, Summer Academy, and more),
- Support county and statewide opportunities and programming (Project Discovery Days, State Fair, Horse Drill Team, All County Belonging Days),
- Supplement project costs (Sewing Camp, STEM, Arts),
- Provide need based scholarships and educational scholarships (financial need based scholarships)
Over the past five years, the Barron County 4-H program has grown by 23%, with more youth eager to explore deeper and broader experiences. Through this sticker campaign, we hope to expand funding to meet this growing interest and provide even more opportunities for youth to thrive.
Donations of any amount are welcome and deeply appreciated. Every contribution helps us continue to provide meaningful experiences for youth across Barron County. If you already donate to 4-H, please mark that box on the form, hang the supporter sticker, and know that we appreciate you!
Thank you for considering becoming a supporter or sponsor of Barron County 4-H. Your involvement makes a lasting impact!
