  The 2026 Fair Season is quickly coming up which means it’s time for the Youth Quality Care
  of Animals Instructor-Led Training and Junior Livestock Information Meeting. This is your
  reminder that ALL youth planning to show beef, sheep or swine, or Miss-Q Dairy Quality at
  the Barron County Fair and/or the Wisconsin State Fair must attend an Instructor Led YQCA
  meeting
