WeCOPE is a skills‑based program designed to help adults manage stress by building and strengthening positive emotions. Research shows that when people intentionally practice positivity, they often experience improved well‑being, reduced stress, and even make healthier everyday choices.
This program is grounded in the work of Dr. Judith Moskowitz, whose studies demonstrate that positive emotions can still occur during challenging times and that these moments of positivity play a powerful role in helping us cope more effectively.
WeCOPE is a 7-week program with sessions held once a week virtually for one hour, and offers practical tools, supportive discussion, and simple activities that participants can use right away to feel more resilient and connected.
